Hallmark is a leading company specializing in seasonal ornaments, gifts, personal expression products and educational toys.

Hallmark Cards Asia is the sourcing operation of Hallmark who source products from over 10 countries across Asia that meet Hallmarks high ethical, quality and sustainability standards.

Job responsibilities:

Assist supervisor on end-to-end sourcing activities within printed items, gifts, ornaments and toys product category.

Serve as a critical communication link among our overseas customers, our suppliers and all internal departments on all sourcing related activities.

Assist the supervisor to ensure all products sourced conform to customer requirements, track orders, stay on schedule, ship on time and all products at retail are free of quality issues.

Able to manage projects independently and inform his/her supervisor timely with counter solutions at the right time.

Requirements:

Degree holder / Tertiary educated with more than 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in printed items, gifts, ornaments and toys.

Good at order management, sourcing skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.

Fluent English in both written & spoken.

Strong in Excel, good in Words and PowerPoint.

Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.

Good team player, flexible, well organized and able to work independently & under pressure.

Able to coordinate efforts of cross functional associates and work together in a positive and collaborative manner.

Willing to travel within Vietnam or to other countries if required.
