🔧 1. Plumbing Team Leader (MEP Team)

Vai trò: Trưởng nhóm thiết kế cấp thoát nước, dẫn dắt team MEP, kiểm soát chất lượng bản vẽ – tính toán – BOQ.

Yêu cầu chính: Kỹ sư Cấp thoát nước có chứng chỉ hành nghề, tiếng Anh lưu loát, ≥8 năm kinh nghiệm (≥5 năm lead team MEP đa quốc gia).

Kỹ năng: AutoCAD/Revit MEP, quản lý đội nhóm, tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (LEED), kiểm tra shop drawing, làm việc với khách hàng & nhà thầu.

Mô tả công việc

Perform duties as assigned by the MEP Engineering Manager/Director

Lead the team in preparing the concept, basic and detail design drawings in Auto CAD MEP or in Revit MEP.

Assist with the daily management and monitoring of the MEP Engineering Team (as per their dedicated discipline/bias) in the undertaking of their duties to ensure the quality provision of engineering services, design and calculations, including project allocation and timesheet approvals.

Liaise with the project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants and clients as required.

Undertake checking (quality assurance) of design drawings and calculations prepared by him/her or his/her team members.

Ensure that all drawings and calculations are reviewed and checked by the MEP Engineering Manager/Director prior to external and/or internal issue.

Lead the team in producing MEP design briefs, documents, design reports and specifications prior to the review of Design Managers.

Ensure the accuracy of all design calculations and drawings and it has been reviewed by design Managers prior to issuance.

Prepare a daily work record to monitor progress of the team and submit a weekly progress report of each project to the Design Manager.

Advise the Design Manager for problems that may alter the target design completion/submission of any assigned project.

Assist with CAD MEP design drawings as required

Assist with the implementation of Revit.

Lead the team in reviewing shop drawings and material submissions from contractors and submit all comments to the MEP Engineering Manager.

Ensure that Company's design procedures and professional standards/rules are applied within their team, and ensure compliance with all procedures.

Liaise with contractors and undertake site inspection duties as required.

Ensure all the designs are in accordance with local codes and international standards.

Check all prepared design calculations and selected equipment are correctly sized.

Ensure the designs are in accordance to the approved design brief and correctly coordinated with other team or discipline.

Review any propose technical innovations by the engineers if it is feasible and applicable to the project and submit to the MEP Engineering Manager for comments and approval.

Lead the team in preparing equipment & material quantity take-off and cost estimate from the design and to ensure that B.O.Q is according to the approved format.

Ensure all technical data of equipment & material schedules prepared by the team are accurate before submitting to the MEP Engineering Manager for approval and validation.

Degree qualified in Water supply and drainage Engineering

Be a licensed Water supply and drainage Engineer, or possess at least equivalent Chartered or Registered Engineering accreditation and membership from a Professional Engineering Institution in another country.

Minimum of 8 years of post graduate experience within their specialized discipline.

A minimum of 5 years experience leading MEP Engineering teams within a multinational organisation.

Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.

Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others and to ensure efficiency of organizational processes.

Intermediate written and spoken communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including AutoCAD and Revit and MS office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project & Access.

Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects.

Advanced knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental building standards (LEED and similar).

Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to manage teams with a strong results-orientation.

Intermediate written and spoken English skills are also required.

🧩 2. Senior MEP Coordinator

Yêu cầu chính: Kỹ sư Cơ khí/Điện/Môi trường có chứng chỉ hành nghề, tiếng Anh tốt, ≥8 năm kinh nghiệm lead MEP.

Kỹ năng: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks, tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, LEED), điều phối đa bộ môn.

Mô tả công việc

Coordinate and integrate MEP design with architectural, structural, and quantity survey drawings.

Review and check design documents, shop drawings, and technical submissions for compliance with codes and standards.

Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and authorities during design and approval stages.

Support design team in resolving technical issues, design clashes, and interdisciplinary conflicts.

Monitor project progress and ensure design deliverables meet the project schedule.

Provide estimated budget input for MEP design and assist in quantity take-offs for cost planning.

Support value engineering to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform duties assigned by the Director of MEP Engineering/ Senior MEP Engineering Manager including but not limited to: setting and monitoring project scheduling and project budgets; supervise MEP project teams to ensure a high quality of production work; reviewing and checking of drawings, and ensuring that all appropriate authorizations/signatures/stamps are included on drawings before issuance.

Ensure that Company's design and inspection procedures and professional standards/rules are implemented and being followed by all members of the MEP Engineering team, and provide suggestions to the Director on areas of improvement for quality procedures.

Liaise with and provide engineering advice to the project architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, government and local authorities, and clients as required.

Liaise with contractors, undertake site inspection duties and assist to resolve construction phase related problems.

Attend client and stakeholder meetings when it is required.

Be proactive and to ensure that key project decisions and/or corrective actions are made in a timely manner, and are well communicated to all staff and client.

Assist with any necessary changes to the project strategy and process, including any necessary financial changes.

Undertake engineering review and validation of design documents prepared by design team to ensure the design is safe, economical, efficient and constructible.

Ensure the timely completion and submission of required M&E design reports or any technical documents in the submission of designs for approval to the proper authorities such as Building License report, Fire License report and Master Planning report.

Provide engineering advice/comments in reviewing shop drawings, material and equipment submissions from the contractors.

Review and evaluate project resources, design schedules and to decide whether the projects to be outsourced or it will be internally designed.

Manage outsourced resources, specifying the qualifications and experience required for the relevant M&E design engineers.

Prepare and finalized project design brief and specifications in cooperation with the assistance Design Manager or design team.

Provide technical support or advice to the project Qs or Project Manger in the preparation of tender documents and actively participate tender meetings as required.

Conduct Value engineering analysis and make sound recommendations to meet budget requirements.

Ensure the successful completion and handover of projects and contract obligations are carried accordingly in a timely manner.

Coordinate and monitor with finance department for the timely issuance of progress invoice and the timely collection of design fees.

Be a licensed Electrical Engineer, or be eligible to become a licensed Electrical Engineer.

Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.

Previous experience within design teams and on Author's Supervision duties.

Site inspection or supervision experience on building construction projects.

Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including AutoCAD and Revit and MS office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project & Access.

Intermediate knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental building standards (LEED and similar).

Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

Intermediate written and spoken communication skills with a minimum basic understanding of English.
