Answer Travel Agents' queries from the Travel Agent Support Salesforce queue promptly
Handling any queries agents have on the automated registration process.
Access Ventrata to make any booking amendments
Verify information with the operations team when necessary
Escalate edge cases and flag any issues in the travel agent relationships to the supervisor.
Collaborate with the finance team regarding any commission enquiries/profile updates.
Ensure all necessary information is accurately entered/amended in the system upon updates
Utilize our systems for communication and information research: SF, Hubspot, Confluence page, Ventrata, Ops DB, and external websites.

1/ Tiếng Anh lưu loát cả 4 kỹ năng
2/ Kinh nghiệm vị trí CS từ 2 năm trở lên, ưu tiên lĩnh vực du lịch ( Traveloka, Agoda, Booking....) or các lĩnh vực du lịch
3/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và xử lý tình huống tốt
*LƯU Ý THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC : 2pm - 11pm
Yêu cầu
Good English speaking to communicate with client directly.
Having 1-2 years of experience in customer service is a plus
Experience in tourism is a plus
Good research skills, proactive
